	JLS- FR105B		Thin Wall High Speed Extrusion Cable Compound

	Application

JLS-FR105B is halogen-free, low-smoke, flame retardant, low toxicity, low-causticity cable compound for thin-wall and high-speed extrusion. It is applicable for producing telecommunication cable and electric wire, especially those at AWG30 or below. It maintains excellent mechanical properties, flame retardancy, electrical properties, and good appearance. NO crosslink is required. It can be colored directly or by mixing with polyolefin color masterbatch.

	1) Processing Temperature
	The recommended temperature range is 190°C-200°C

	2) Extrusion Equipment
	It can be processed in ordinary PVC processing machine. NO special screw is required. All kinds of screw combination and tooling are applicable.


	Storage and Packaging
	Store in dry place at ambient temperature. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, moisture and weathering. If pre-dry is required, place under 80°C for 2-4 hours. Use as soon as possible after open. Recommend storage period not more than 6 months. Standard packing of 25kg net in multi-layer bags (with PE bag inside). Customized package is also available.
