  FR90HA is applicable to power cable, power supply cord, signal cable and communication cable with excellent flame retardancy and extrudability. It passes VW-1 (Single Vertical Flame Test), and complies with IEC60332-3 Level A, B and C (flame test on bunched wires/cables) with different cable construction.

Processing Guide

 
   

1) Processing Temperature

The recommended temperature range is 120°C-170°C

2) Extrusion Equipment

It can be processed in ordinary PVC processing machine, standard extruders with gradually changing screw having L/D ≧ 25.
   
  Storage and Packaging  
 

Store in dry place at ambient temperature. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, moisture and weathing. If water content > 0.2%, pre-dry under 90°C for 2-4 hours. Use as soon as possible after open. Recommend storage period not more than 6 months. Standard packing of 25kg net in vacuum pack. Customized package is also available.
