2.Sheet Extrusion
NA-21 improves the stiffness of Homo PP, in which thinner sheet could be extruded with stiffness maintained and less material used. On the other hand, by using Random Co-Polymer, a certain thickness is required to have the stiffness sustained. Thus, NA-21 could improve the cost effectiveness in sheet extrusion application.

3. Thin Wall Injection Molding (TWIM)

TWIM is applied to parts with wall thickness less than 0.025 inch (0.62mm). Traditionally, PP is not suitable for this application with the relatively weak stiffness in comparison with PS. By adding NA-21, both the stiffness and heat resistance of PP is improved making it a good replacement of PS for producing disposal cup and other TWIM applications.

4. Blow Molding

The application of Homo PP has been limited by its low clarity and poor impact strength. Meanwhile, Random Co-PP is too weak for blow molding. Since NA-21 could improve both the clarity and stiffness of Homo-PP, PP could then be applied in blow mould application.

Compare with other plastic material ¡G
HDPE ¡G PP with NA-21 is clearer and glossier, lower in density (HDPE= 0.96: PP=0.91), and better heat resistance and ESCR*.
PVC ¡G PP with NA-21 has a lower density and less expensive. Problems of plasticizer migration and yellowish appearance will not exist.
PET ¡G PP with NA-21 requires no pre-dry process before production and is better in heat resistance and ESCR.
PETG ¡G PP with NA-21 has a lower density and less expensive. Better heat resistance and ESCR*.
